Hi everyone,
I'm very new at apnea. My longest hold is 3 minutes. Maybe I able to hold it for 3 minutes with little training because I'm a runner.
I would like some help.

What exactly are you looking for? Do you have other questions than those asked and answered in the other threads of this forum section? Or did not you take the effort to read through them yet? I highly recommend doing so, and if some of your questions remain unanswered afterward, just post them here. Another good idea is joining a local freediving/apnea club - you'll progress much better and safer in a collective than alone. It is also much more fun.

Yeah I've read some of the post. I went to a web-site and found a table. I don't know what kind of times I should input.
I want to expand my lung capacity.
And I also want to have longer breath holds.

Hi imorinico,
To the best of my knowledge you cant actually increase lung capacity but you can increase your lung efficiency with particular stretches and training on the tables usually 80% of you maximum time is a good for training so if your max is 3 mins try 2 mins 25 secs as what your finishing breathhold will be if your a runner then this is definatly helping as your lungs are already pretty efficient with what they are given. relaxation is then key and diet or fasting for a few hours before training the tables as digestion will use up valuable o2 try the search fucntion for any other queries or post if you cant find but there is a lot of questions already answered in the begineer thread but still don,t be afraid to ask if your not sure of something.
