Hi

I've just started to do static tables and find the breathholds really easy when I manage to enter a dreamlike state. I use imagery like diving a wreck or swimming towards a tropical island, but I've gotten a little bored with recycling the same imagery. The most effective one I have so far is imagining that I'm diving deep and only when I start feeling the need to breath do I turn and start swimming back up to the surface. I try to "swim" to the surface at the same speed I swam down.

If any of you have cool things you think about when doing statics could you share them with me? I need to steal some dreams.

Thanks!
