im looking at getting a set of e green and i was wondering if they would be good for a newbie spearo wont be diving deep at all

Yes, those look good for your needs. I believe Imersion is a reputable spearfishing-oriented company. They look similar to my inexpensive Beuchat fins, which I really like. Green seem like a good colour - you could also paint them if the urge grabs you (I've tried various things, oil based paints seem to last longest). If you haven't used big fins before they will likely be a revelation.

I have a pair that is oversized for 6mm socks in cold water.
CHEAP and comfortable. The footpocket is very wide and soft.
The green plastic they use is the most visible colour imaginable. It must have some metallic fleck in it because it is more visible than a strobe when I was testing visibility for safety purposes.
A plastic blade will change stiffness based on water temps and at 5* they REALLY stiffen up.

thanks for that its just i needed to know as im getting a pair as an early birthday present and thought they be a good choice

If the footpocket is a bit too large / loose or soft, check out my blog for ideas about "finserts" and consider a pair of fin keepers.
I have a size 42 foot and have a 42-44 e:green and they fit with finserts and 6mm socks.
I'd order the 40-42 with 3mm socks and likely one size down again for barefoot!
Just one datapoint that might help you with ordering the appropriate size.
