I started reading about freediving last week and decided to see how long I could hold my breath. I did 1.30. After some reading here I did 3.57 yesterday! I got so pissed of that i didn't get to four minutes that I tried again and managed 4.11. All thanks to you guys!

But I still suck at holding my breath when I'm not totally relaxed. What's the best way to improve my breathholds in a "normal" situation? That is, without a couple of minutes relaxation and slow breathing. CO2 tables?

All the best /Andy
