Hi everyone, what's up...
just wanna connect Bali spearo
to the rest of the world.

Here in Indonesia spearfishing
has been a way of life since our
earlier times, and the way they do
it remains the same, traditional
gun that they make from rubber tree,
traditional mask, which made from
broken glass framed into carved wood
sealed with juice from certain plants,
and finally rubber tree!!!

LOTS OF FISH here, come Visit!

Hi BT

where abouts in bali are you?

I've speared with crazy tony on lembongan a few times. scored a few fish but nothing huge. haven't been over there for a couple of years now but maybe next year. always wanted to try out the back at ulu's but never had the guts.

ps. saw a few decent tiger sharks in mushroom bay on lembongan. stopped me getting some pretty good trevally.

by the way, i was using a cressi comanche 90, tony's gun was like an old stick with half a cycle innertube and a bungee cord for power!!!!!!!!! he still did better than me!

Excellent! Welcome Bali Trevally. Would love to see some pics with the traditional gear & of course the world famous beauty of Bali (it is grim, grey, cold winter here in England at the moment).

Where abouts in Bali are you? Im heading your way for the last three weeks of March. Going to be on Bali most of the time but may head over to the Gilis or Nusa Lombangan. Kinda up in the air at the time being, but would love to get together and learn some local knowledge.
