Inhassoro (Mozambique) Spearing over Christmas

Hi there,

I am going to be in Inhassoro over Christmas for a week and am keen to get some spearfishing in. Last time I was there, I went with some locals who didn't take me to any decent spots. Anyone got any recommendations for boat hire or shore dives? Also what is the latest on fishing licences? Last time I got one at the police station - is this still the case?
