'Insert Image' button missing on some threads

I just noticed the insert image button is missing from the main editor & the edit function on the Cornwall 2006 thread (just re-confirmed). However, it is present on this thread. What's going on?

I'll need to check but it's probably because the setting that allows inline images has been disabled in that forum. We made some changes a while back to different forums and it seems this crept in.

I can post images fine here and if you look in the birthday thread, others posted images there too
