Insert Image thread missing on some threads

'Insert Image' button missing from editors on some threads

I see the "insert image" mountain-icon

is present on the Quick Editor & Advanced Editor of this thread. However, it is strangely missing from other threads (e.g. "Sea Angling for Spearos") -- any chance of getting image-link support added to all threads?
