We, a PADI 5* IDC Center, located on the south coast of the Dominican Republic, are a team of highly professional instructors and dive-masters. Now we are looking for a new teamplayer with dive experience to support us specifically in sales, thus a sales background would be more than helpful. To avoid any misunderstanding we want to point out that sales in this connection does not refer to any shop or equipment sales, but to customer acquisition, means e.g. sales of dive courses after try dive classes in the pool, sales of excursion, as well as establishing and maintaining contacts to representatives of travel agencies in order to access their welcome briefings.
Therefore you should be quite extroverted and have excellent communication skills.
We are a very well-organized dive center and paperwork is an important part of our business, so that administrative skills are obligatory.
Also the Neptuno structures are quite different from what you normally find in other dive center, so that the training period usually takes quite a while. Therefore we are only looking for people who are interested in a long-term employment.
