Is this true? Another JAWS Film- Another movie to make sharks look bad?

I know how bad jaws was for sharks but its a great film. i though speilberg had acknowledged the damage it had done so am surprised to see him on it.

Gotta love that breach for the chopper though.

Shows/Movies like JAWS and "When Animals Attack" Is also what makes me not want to be around sharks. I wouldn't mind seeing them- from a distance. But some, I don't even want to see. There are a couple "trailer" and "Talk" of Jaws 5 - but I have not seen an OFFICIAL Trailer. We'll see- It also says coming in 2008- well, they have about 2.5 weeks.

ive swam with many sharks
although not tigers or whites no shark has shown an interest in me and i have met people who have freedived with both species and bull sharks
its a shame more people are not aware of these facts .

i would be realy aprehensive about spearing where sharks are though bud

could be fake looks like a descent job on the C.G.I and as for spearing around sharks there always there you just don't always see them, in 8 years in new zealand i only ever encountered one white shark in the ocean lots a bronze whalers though

Alright all you spearos and freedivers. Don't fear the publicity this will give our shark buddies. We only wipe out people now- every once and a while a country full of em, so now there is no money left to kill the sharks. More room for us in the water. I wish it worked out that the more big fish we kill the bigger the next one gets. 40 LB HOGFISH

The first one is the only one I watch with Roy ( RIP) great cinematography.

You're probably better off that way, Feargus. Jaws 2 had Roy as well, but it didn't measure up to the original.

i agree fergus i remember watching it in the local youth club on a massive overhead projector when i was about six..
all the kids screaming when that guy popped out of his little dingy with an eye missing was something which i can remember ha ha
