International Travel - The Joy of Airlines

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
You're absolutely right (apart from i'm almost positive the official address of Dulles is still DC ) - however I don't get to organise my travel plans when on business (travel co-ordinator does that) and to be honest by the time I eventually got to Dulles I was pretty shattered so a 3 hour drive wasn't top of my list...

Sorry boss but the address of Dulles is here on this Website. It is in Sterling, VA. Actually, it IS Sterling, VA

I understand about the drive though...... I have flown from FRA to IAD more times than I care to think about and driving was one of the LAST things I wanted to do when I got off the plane..... Did you at least have fun in Williamsburg? There is a lot to see there.....

I'm just so glad this wasnt me! I would "hate" to have been in her (or his) shoes

Ga HEEEE Zuz!

That is an A340 Cargo with the door open!!! Da$%!!! I wonder how much cargo they still had? I mean, the floors of those buggers have stops so once you roll the container into place, you lock it down but the container that was at the door was probably a goner.....

I would have also not wanted to be ANYWHERE in the trajectory path of that container when it hit the ground!

Maybe they were dropping all the parcels, that didn't require signatures, at the designated addresses to save delivery costs.

Or maybe there was a bee in the cabin....if you can't roll down the window....
