Dear All,

I'm the editor of TechHaze.com, and my team and I are interviewing Guillaume Nery, constant-weight freediving world champion. (Guillaume Néry - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

He's also in the "base jumping underwater" video which had 4,5 Million views on youtube: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQITWbAaDx0]YouTube - Guillaume Nery base jumping at Dean's Blue Hole, filmed on breath hold by Julie Gautier[/ame]

I'm no freediver myself (only Scuba) and was wondering if any of you had specific questions you'd want us to ask him.

Cheers!

No real questions for him but I’d like to shake the man’s hand and maybe buy him a beer.
That realy was some video!!

I can do the shaking of hands for you if you want me to. See the man every day here.

Anyone interested in sending him Kudos, just post here and I'll do that for you. :)

BTW: I have already confronted him for what he's done there. And don't you forget Julie the camera-girlfriend!

Surely must be one of the best videos online! Amazing stuff.

Hi all

May you explain to us how do you train during the week?

And for example:
How one training day looks like (calm up, the training itself and calming down)?

If not a secret of course
Greetings

Richard if Julie is there as well please send the congrats to both. The video is pure class an the camera work from Julie is exceptional. I wonder who came up with the idea/concept. I think the credits say G directed but obviously there must have been decisions on how it was shot etc. Also how long did it take them to film it?

Yes, Julie competes at he WC too. I suppose we'll hear more details about the video in the interview, but I saw it also aired on the French TV Direct 8. They apparently did some interview with Guillaume, because they commented on it surprisingly well (without any disinformation otherwise usual in mass media). Besides others, I think they told it was done in the free time between two competition days (if I remember well), and that it was done in four separate dives.

A question for Guilliaume:

Has he got any specific long(er) term personal goals in Freediving?

For instance I have the dream to make a dive of 5 minutes to 50m in a parabolic way.
