Hello everyone. I've popped into some discussions lately, kinda out of nowhere. So I thought I would take a few minutes to let people know who I am so I don't seem like too much of a kamikaze.
My name is Chris, I live in Peoria. Married and have a 15 year old daughter. I've been certified on SCUBA since 1993. I am a programmer for web based applications. I work part time at the LDS (Do Dive In) and I Divemaster for them as well. I've been interested in freediving for a couple years, but this year in Florida I decided to buy the fins and while I was at it, a mask. Nothing to special, an Alien mask and Millenium fins. I don't want to break any records, just want to go to 60'-100' and be able to hang out for a little and be comfortable while doing it.
I sold my boss, the owner of the LDS, on the idea of being an OMER dealer. I'm getting almost everything, then she is starting with some masks. We are a small local shop, so I can't proimise great prices that will compete with any online store
<commercial>Speaking of gear. We have two Sphera masks, normally $44 she has them discounted to $33. Plus shipping if required, or I can deliver if I'm coming up. We've had them a year with no interest. Just thought I'd throw that out there since I know some people like them.</commercial>
