Introduction (greetings from New Mexico)

Hi, my name is Justin and I'm from a small town in new mexico, and I have just recently began to train to become better at freediving. I became captivated with freediving after seeing videos on youtube and also visiting several lakes in NM with 80 ft plus depth and diving in them. Several weeks ago I was at Blue Hole in Santa Rosa, NM where you can see clear to the 84 foot bottom from the top looking down. Someday I hope to be able to dive to the bottom and explore a bit before having to come up for air. I am training in a 25 meter pool on the campus of the college I'm attending and I have just started some breath holding training, which has got me from around 30-40 seconds last week to 2:00 this morning. I hope to learn more about freediving and eventually take a freediving class, as well as purchase the right equipment I will need.
