I bought an inversion table at a very good price, and know some of the benefits of its use for removing lactic acid, and spinal compression, etc...

Is there anything else I could do to promote freedive traing with this table that you guys know of?

maybe i could go out and try and find some benefit for freediving?????? bump

The floor is muddy where we get changed, you could stand on it to kee your feet clean and warm

I bought an inversion table a few years back to try to teach myself inverted equalising (something I could not do at the time). Once I learnt to Frenzel I sold it to someone with a bad back ; )

I had one for a while. As far as freediving benefits, the main benefit was stretching the lower spinal vertebrae, which are profoundly stretched during extreme packing. Thus, using the inversion table may benefit lung volume during extreme packing. Please note that I don't suggest extreme packing! It has many dangers described in other threads.
