Are those pulleys custom made or is there a brand name to them?
What size bands and shaft diameter are you using?
Is that a custom made muzzle?
One idea is to do away with that black helper and just pull from the wishbone. Or cut down on the helper diameter. Inverts are usually fairly easy to load the first pair of bands. This way you maximize the force and work put into the shaft and reduce the drag on the shot.
