Hi Feargus

Thanks for replying. I am going to be back in Ireland in August and was hoping to train/go out diving.

I am from Tyrone but don't mind travelling.

Charlie, there are also 5 freedivers from Ireland registered at APNEA.cz (at least some of them are here on DB though too):

Ireland @ APNEA.cz

And there are another 5 Irish freedivers at APNEA.cz who were living abroad in the time of their registration, but you may try contacting them too - they may be interested in founding AIDA Ireland with you. To see these other 5, you can have a look at this page with the complete list of members. Please be patient, it is huge and long to load. You will then need to scroll down to Ireland to see them:

APNEA.cz - Freediving Buddies Map

BTW, for contacting them, you'll need to register too. It is free, but you need to pass a freediving theory test. That's not only to avoid spammers, and abusers, but also to keep away people who don't have sufficient theoretical basis for keeping themselves safe - hence, unlike on other websites, the access to the member base data (and to the training software) is restricted to approved freedivers.

Well, there is a link on the login screen for recovering lost passwords. You just need to know your login name or email address, but since there are not so many Irish there, you will certainly not have any problems recognizing which one is yours :)
