Is cnf with a lanyard on the wrist possible?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

At the last AIDA competition in Nice Rémi Ferrieri broke the french record of CNF with 42m and the lanyard was connected to his wrist (at least I believe so).
The lanyard was connected to his wrist because of recognition issues about the record or maybe because the organisation was using a conterweight system, can't remember exactly.

Maybe Rémi could tell you more about this and his experience with the lanyard.
