Is it possible to don open-cell suit on neoprene suit?

Hello.
I have this suit that it is too large on my arm pits and chest (I'm a skinny guy). So I'm thinking to get a 2mm vest suit which would probably fit under my suit. But the question is if it is going to slide with the open-cell or it's just going to stuck to it. Anyone has experience with this? Any ideas?

As long as you use some form of lubricant or dry powder it will be fine.
