Is it possible to increase lungvolume?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
My experience is that the residual volume can be decreased dramatically by both diving and stretching/breathing exercises.

reducing residual volumne

Thanks Eric F, that is something I wanted to know. What kind of excercises do you use to reduce residual volumne?

Oh, sorry I had something wrong.
I did nor read RV, but VC, so sorry, but your RV will decrease, as Eric F said.

As for the snorkel.
I have mastered to pack without a snorkel,
and with a snorkel, and through my nose,
and I do it so often, that it has become second nature.

I dont pack to the max for all the dives,
but I pack about 40%-50% of what I would pack for a big dive.

Eric what is the best way to increase the amount you can pull in on one breath ie, no packing.
