Hi, I'm new here, I just wanted to know if my training schedule is decent enough to be able to slowly get better at freediving or not, note, it's mostly for general fitness, being able to get around to all the physical things i like doing, and coinciding with my strange College schedule.
Every morning i and throughout each day i do deep breathing excercises for relaxation and such, but aside from thta here's the general workout.

Mondays & Wednesdays:
-power yoga sessions each focused on my core, my glutes, my back and my chest areas.
-one hour of swim class, rather intense generally, all styles, tired out afterwards.

Tuesdays & Thursdays:

-intense stretching that has origins in yoga and will relieve most tension in my muscles for the rest of the day.
-Pranayama excercises that aren't in my daily routine; Alternate Nostril breathing, long humming, belly breathing, chest opening, a little bit of packing (almost none), Uduhyanna Banda (not sure if spelled right), Nauli, Nauli Kriya, and other such simple breathing excercises, if i get teh chance I also swim lightly in my pool with fins.
- O2 or CO2 tables, my maximum breath hold record is 4 minutes 43 seconds so the tables are realitively high intensity at times. each day i do these i alternate between only one of the above
-Every two weeks or so i stop the table about halfway so i can then practice my maximum breath hold, i still haven't reached past the fabled 5 minutes....
-If it's a day where I can i might dive down, if i had a place to practice I'd go there, but i don't have one atm.

Fridays & Sundays:

-I will usually do 15 minutes of very intense cardio excercises that aren't running for the sake of fat loss and finally getting to see my six pack which is so hidden.
-Then i will focus on my Boxing training, mostly technique polishing, with repetitive punching and ducking and whatever, then i'll hit the heavy bag for super intense cardio as long as i can handle it.

Saturdays:

-Morning Yoga the same as before unless i'm really lazy. Then the rest of the day is intense Calisthnetics and other such excercises and trying to learn more athletic abilities, which i still can't do, like Hand-stand push-ups, Kip-ups, Back hand Spring, Front flips, side flips, etc.

I also want to get better at freediving, but without a freediving course that i can think of where i live (Santiago, Chile) there isn't much else i can do for it, will it ever improve my performance in freediving on the few small chances i get to dive? i don't want to have to get rid of anything and i'd rather let every one of the things i do have an even amount of dedication =( (which is why i set most of them to two days a week)
As for the swimming, i cna't change that one, the rest mmmmaybe if i have enough reason to.

If doing any cardio, it should be 12 minutes or less at any one time. I offer e-coaching services and a new 80-page e-book on training if you are interested.

Yes I am interested, however i don't have any money so i don't think i could pay either way, also it's actually just 10 real minutes of cardio, with 5 minutes worth of rest, one mintue of a cardio exercise, then 30 seconds of rest before the next one.
