Hello to everyone! I'm new in this forum and I'm kind of a novice in freedivng. Up till now I've been able to dive to about 10 meters depth and I'm using Valsalva. That's my limit and I hope to surpass this with the Frenzel technique. But as we all know Frenzel is a bit tricky to learn.
After having really searched about Frenzel on the internet, I mostlly came up with the step by step process of Eric Fattah's document, which is great by the way.

The real question is why hasn't anyone uploaded a video that could demonstrate the frenzel technique?

Ofcourse no one could actually demonstrate what's happening inside the mouth cavity and I know Frenzel can only be achieved after some serious practice, but then again how do freediving instructors teach this method to their students?
