Issues with www.Scubastore.com / Dive Inn customer services

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Hi,

Has anyone else had real issues with www.scubastore.com / Dive Inn customer services? They have sent me two items, first one is completely wrong and the second order is broken. Despite filling in the returns forms they have still yet to contact me some three months on. Trying to call is even less helpful, all the operators are busy or more the case they NEVER answer the phone. If anyone has any advice / solutions it would be extremely welcome. I am now looking at legal action.
 
Finally - if they don't ship and you have paid by Credit Card you could request a chargeback on the line item on your bill - doesn't get you your goods but ensures you are not out of pocket.
