Has anyone else had real issues with www.scubastore.com / Dive Inn customer services? They have sent me two items, first one is completely wrong and the second order is broken. Despite filling in the returns forms they have still yet to contact me some three months on. Trying to call is even less helpful, all the operators are busy or more the case they NEVER answer the phone. If anyone has any advice / solutions it would be extremely welcome. I am now looking at legal action.
