Anyone using this mask before ?:hmm it look similar with the Technisub Micromask

I assume you have googled ist m-99 and got the link to the topic in the spearboard forum about this mask. It seems the micromask and the m-99 are made from the same mold, the silicone of the m-99 is a bit stiffer and the strap is different.
I have just bought one at a local shop. It seems to fit the shape of my face nicely. If I compare the silicone with that of my Minima it seems a little stiffer but that doesn't have to be a bad point.
I hope to try it out in open water one of these days.

I have tried the mask and it is just a notch less comfortable than the Micromask, but overall it seems a decent deal. - As opposed to everything else of IST's freediving Kit that I have got my hands on. Their Gara3000 ripoffs are stiff as a pair of planks and completely unusable.

Mysmah, where did you find that one? Will you be at the MIDE in KL in July?

Yeah, I had my doubts about the mask, taking into account the quality of the other freediving gear from IST. But since I was able to try on the mask in a shop and it seemed to fit nicely I took the risk.
Yesterday and today I've used the mask for about 2,5 hours yesterday and 1,5 hours today in a local lake (max 20. meters) and it does the job. Nothing wrong with it and it didn't got uncomfortable.

mikeM ya i have search in google ,a bit curious about this mask and the price is cheap in my local shop.Anyway thanks for you comment will get it one from local shop .
