Il modello anatomico preformato TOPSUB, realizzato in neoprene giapponese Yamamoto da mm 5, nelle varie versioni composto da giacca senza cerniera, cappuccio incorporato, chiusura velcro, braccia con piega manica 40°, preformazioni cappuccio, preformazione fondoschiena. Materiale liscio esterno e cellulare interno, compresa di spalmatura interna in Termoskin.

It is smoothskin outside open cell inside but what does it mean when they write something about Termoskin covering on inside?

Babelfish translation is:
The anatomical model preformato TOPSUB, realized in Japanese neoprene Yamamoto from milimeter 5, in the several versions composed from jacket without hinge, incorporated pointed hood, closing velcro, arms with fold sleeve 40°, preformations pointed hood, preformation fondoschiena. External smooth material and cellular inside, comprised of inner spalmatura in Termoskin.

My guess is that Termoskin is some kind of metallic coating that is the same as metallite, or any of the proprietary coatings that make suits warmer.

Dear PoseidonSv,
Huan guess was correct. "Materiale liscio esterno e cellulare interno, compresa di spalmatura interna in Termoskin" means "smoothskin outside and cellular inside with a metallite like coating" which is expected to help wearing it and should be a little warmer. I own two topsub suits: a 3mm one (open cell inside and lined outside) and a 7mm one (not a full suit, only the jacket, actually, smoothskin outside and metallite coated inside. They are both custom sized and I am very happy with both. They are very smooth and warm. When I weared them I was surprised by how warm the 3mm is and how smooth the 7mm jacket is. Absolutely better than any other standard suit I owned before (this was my first experience with custom sized suits).

I suggest you to make a phone call to topsub and order a custom suit. People there are very helpful (even if I am not sure they speak english :) and will suggest you the best material based on your needs and expectations. A custom made suit will not cost that much and they fit perfectly.

As a final remark observe taht I never tried Marea suits, which are usually known to be very good, also.

Bye
G.
