Just back from Sharm and I really didnt want to go anywhere near a computer while we were there so sorry for the delay.
I celebrated the day with a new pb of 32m :friday sadly that was the bottom of the pond so that was it and and an encounter with some sharks a couple of days later put pay to anything else:crutch but I'll tell you about that after some sleep
