On the first of september I ordered my Specialfins Hybrid Pro monofin and today; three months, 16 days and 22 emails later I still haven't recieved my monofin. For the first few weeks Ard kept promising me a quick dispatch, but apparently they fxxxd up and since then I've done nothing but waiting... and waiting... and waiting...

Did anyone else experience extreme delays with Specialfins? Just to avoid misunderstanding - the customer support has been decent though the wait-time have some sort of impact on my overall review

Keep diving,
Ulrik

Yeah I really love it, but I've noticed that the foot pockets (size 42-44) doesn't fit my foot perfectly. My foot size is 42-43 (still growing a bit) and the lenght of the footpockets seem fine, but the width is probably 7mm too wide.
What are my options? Socks will do the job outdoor, but what about in the pool?

Best regards
Ulrik

The OMER footpockets are very wide..i ahve the biggest size and i do have the same problem. I use 5mm socks and then it is alright..the footpocket is fitted corectly and i use 5mm on the pool too. But i use the old pair, with wholes, a bit devasteted and wthe water flows without any problem. Even when they were new and the water couldn't come in it wasn't a problem..it wasn't to hot.

I will try that out, thanks. I've btw. already thought about making some modifications to the fin, but I will give you a pm when I find the exact solutions.

ps. do you have some photos of you using your fin? I haven't had a chance to try mine yet and I'd just love to see the beauty in action

Thanks for the quick reply
