I've got problems

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

For the last few days, many times when I click on either "reply" or "quote" all I get is a blank screen. I can't respond to posts in my own thread.

And when I post photos, they initially show up as little question marks rather than as thumbnails. Later, some may finally convert to thumbnails, while others may not. Right now, I can see two of four photos that I posted in my thread last night, but the other two are still question marks. If I click on a question mark, all I get is a blank screen.

I participate in two other boards that use the same software, and don't have the problem on those boards.

Bill, have you tried to log on to Deeperblue with another browser, whichever, as long as it's different to the one you usually use? Also try deleting all the temporary internet files, navigation history, etc, as there may be something DB-related cached there that might have corrupted the browser. Try pressing F5 repeatedly once you get the blank page you talk about. I'm not an expert, I'll PM Stephan to see if he can suggest anything.

Bill - I haven't had a huge amount of time looking at this but there is nothing technically from the forum side that would be causing this.

It is most likely to due to fact your browser or internet connection is causing timeouts when trying to access DB facilities.

Try clearing your browser cache in the first instance followed by a reboot. I'll provide further info on how to diagnose routing problems over the weekend.

Thanks!
