“I do all the wrong things!”

I drink coffee before I dive, milk too. I don’t use a dive computer & do zero “hypoxic” training. I load the gun with my palms up & keep my snorkel in. I eat when I’m hungry & if I’m not, I don’t.
Thankfully I learnt to spearfish in a time when it was just about shooting great fish.
