Johnson SMG double barrel speargun

G,Day Im from Australia and have one of these beasts.

But am having a hell of a time trying to find a supplier that sells the wads that the charges are housed in, i have had to make some custom made ones and modified them to also take 0.25 calibre charges, they are made out of stainless steel but they become deformed during detonation and are difficult to remove.

Does anyone know where i can purchase the aluminium or plastic wads from or maybe you may have some if so would you be good enough to give contact details so that i can source them. Other wise ill have to get a batch custom machined up out of plastic or alluminium,
