I'm pretty sure I've seen the answer of my question on this forum last year but I ask the question again.

I bought a new Mundial Equipe 7mm wetsuit. The question is: What's is the best way to put it on me ??? There's no problem to jump into the pants, but the upper piece is hard to put on me when I'm alone. By the way I tried talc and hair conditioner too and it slept very well, I want to know if you put your arms first, or your head....stupid question I know....

The Elios website has a good demonstration of the proper technique. The method puts the least amount of stress on the suit at a time when it;s under the most stress.
Roll the bottom half (of your top) up to the armpits. Put your head in to the hood. Put one of your arms into the suit completely. Put the other arm in. Roll the bottom of the suit down and you're done.
It's a little strange at first but gets easier and it makes sense.
Peace,
Erik Y.
