Hi everyone,

I'm having problems finding a good method of relaxation before taking a dive. Good links anyone?

Whoa, that was fast :)

edit: Just read it, although it seems useful, it's not exactly the thing I was looking for. I'm actually looking for the meditation-side of pre-dive relaxation, learn to slow down the heart rate and such stuff...

edit2: Actually I was looking for something similar to [ame=http://forums.deeperblue.net/showthread.php?t=63788]this[/ame] , only less dramatic offcourse.

Thanks a lot for that quick reply!

Hi roadie,
Dont knowif you got pelizaaris book manuel of freediving thers a section in it on relaxation and visualising certain colours in a certain sequence. I find stretching before then breathing slow and deep and i,m off, have to try to stay awake after a while.
Regards Feargus

Hi Feargus,
I don't have the "Manual of freediving" because it is hard to find in Croatia, although I will keep trying. Can you reveal more details on the technique of visualization?

Thanks for the reply,
Tin

Hi Roadie. I'm guessing that you are from Croatia. So am i. Little advice. don't try to find the manuel of freediving in croatia. There isn't any. But you can order it from amazon.com. belive me your are not going to regret.

Puno pozdrava iz Zagreba
