I recently saw a show on Dubai, and all they are trying to accomplish. Crazy. Building stuff on an amusement park is one thing, but c'mon...trying to defy the natural coastline to please tourists and celebrity status is another.

Haha I was just there not a few months ago. Walked from Girne to that abbey. I never drank beer, but after that walk two of us downed a pitcher like it was air! That is a beautiful place to be! Are you from Northern Cyprus?

Hi Murat
Its a picture from the family Village house, behind bellapais Abbey. St Hilarion is further down the mountain range.
Bellapais Abbey is the ruine in the middle and coastline to left is to New Harbour.

Hi Tylerz
Yes i'm from Cyprus i live in Ozankoy (The Village Below Bellapais), the Family has a house above the Abbey(see Picture inThread) in Bellapais. Hope you Enjoyed your stay in Cyprus and have recovered the Ordeal of Walking up the Racetrack from Girne to Bellapais.
