thx again randy

Hi Randy, welcome to db, corpus christi, that's in Texas yes?

I do believe the 'yall' confirms your suspicions foxfish. Actually, the double 'yall' call has the good south USA all over it. Makes me miss it.

Welcome aboard Randy!

yep im down here in the south lol and yes corpus christi is in texas bout 4 hrs from border to be exact

Hey Dude! Thought i'd drop a line (woulda dropped it sooner but i'v been out of town) one corpus diver to another(well diver in training anyways)

Are you just starting out? Or do you have prior experience? Do you know of other freedivers? I'v had no luck in finding corpus freedivers(or people intrested) so far

ive been freedivin for about 2 yrs on and off its hard when you work 12 hrs a day and every other weekend lol but to answer ur ? no havent had to much luck on finding any1 else from corpus

wut bout you

cctx, welcome to the forum dude........best sport there is amigo.....If ur not having luck locating other spearos on this forum, u might also try Spearfishingplanet.com, and spearboard.com....both have decent scores of spearos from all over....good luck and If I come across another spearo network I'll be sure and pass it along to you......

Ah, i'm still a newb to the sport, only been in to it for a few months and been training even less. I was waiting to start till i found someone to start with but... i found the perfect pool XD (though definately no ocean till i find some fellow dudes)

As for finding others, not so much. I'v heard of/talked to a lot of guys from north texas but so far the only Corpus guy i'v heard of would be Don Moore, who's e-mail i finally got before i left for Dallas. The STXFreedivers asso. is supposed to have some folks hangin around, after all they at the very least have pool sessions at the Nautatorium and somewhere in AP(not that any of the e-mails you can get off the site lead to CC divers, go figure). Otherwise i'v only been able to find people 'intrested' in learning (quite a few of those actually, but most of them are shy about the starting part)

well i aint to expert either just really just spearing at the jettys and rigs nothing really to big would really like to begin gettin deeper in the sport no pun intended lol
