Karpathos Island Central Mediterranean

Hi Guys
The sea around Karpathos is Crystal Clear. You can see the surface from 30 metres. The surrounding seas range from shallows to 200 metres!!! I have been visiting the Island every year fro 25 years. I now have a house and a small inflatable available. My Dive Buddy Ben, my son, is now 21 and we are not always on the Island together. Do any DeeperBlue members visit Karpathos for their holidays? It would be great to establish a network so we can Buddy, either for Freediving or Speafishing.
Please look at Karpathos on Google Earth. You will see what I am talking about.
Negatives; Challenging to get there, can be very windy, commercially fished out like most of the med.
Please let me know if you grab a package holiday to Karpathos. I will try to meet with you.

Hi, I'm going to be touring around the Med soon and I'm looking for spearfishing contacts. Karpathos sounds amazing, so if you're still looking for people to dive with, please keep in touch over the next couple months. I'm going to post a message in the Europe section very soon to describe my travels and spearfishing goals.

I will be in Karpathos this Autumn only from 25 September until 6 October.

Also, let me know if you are coming to the UK.
There are a lot of Spearfishermen and Underwater Hockey Players where I live in Southsea, Southern Central UK.
