Key West

I am going to take a trip to key west around christmas / new years time. It is going to be my first time there so i have no idea what so ever. What are some good inshore spots or spots that I can get to by swimming / kayaking? And what are some good charters that will guide me to pelagic fish? Any kind of advice would be thankful.
 
I'll be in the keys too and am arranging some spearing.

I'll be in key largo, but up for anywhere.

More details:

I've arranged for a full-day charter out of Key West from sometime between dec 27-30th, depending on schedules and weather.

I'll likely plan for the 28th and be able to move it later if weather looks bad.

Any others in the area and game? Price for the day is VERY reasonable. You will catch much more $$$ in fish!

spearfisherman1. i have a jet ski rental business on mm24.5 in the keys. if you come by there, i will give you a chart of the lower keys and mark off a lot of good spots in the area for you. weather has been iffy, but people have been killing fish...
