Hi everyone, I'm a scuba instructor up here in Canada (if you've ever gone diving in Brockville, your jealousy is not so unexpected haha).

Anyhow, one of the members here (Gregg/keyone) sent me an email, urging me to post a message up here. It was in regards to an App he downloaded for his iPhone (iPod Touch?) from the App Store.

Perhaps just copying his two emails is the best thing to do here:

EMail #1
... please see my review in the itunes app store. I don't know if you realize what a perfect app you have created for those of us that spend a lot of time in the water. I spearfish from a kayak 5 days a week as a commercial fisher. I belong to 4 diving forums with thousands of divers members, spearboard.com scubaboard.com deeperblue.com spearfishingplanet.com Just wait till I tell them about your app. I will pull out my iPhone dry bag to get the manufacture name and product number for you if you like. Thank you, thank you.

Yeeea Baby

I am fre##kin all over this app. If this app works as the coder says, I'm buying another iPhone as a back up
(case I get one wet). I have a dry bag now that fits my 3g 8 iPhone perfectly. All the iPhone screen functions (finger swipes and taps) work right through the dry bag. You don't even have to take the iPhone out of the dry bag to use it (or turn it on and off). So yes you could take it into the water with you on the dive. I have a GPS app I have been using to get me out 2 miles off shore to my favorite spots. I use the iPhone notes to write down lat/Lon # of good diving spots I find. Yeea Baby, here's my 3 bucks.

To find the app he was referring to just go to iTunes and do a search for
PunkStar Studios.
You'll find it in the Applications section of the search results.
