I use to bash these shoes all the time- then My "flip-flops" ripped in half and I had to buy something- so, My wife Bought me "Crocs" I was mad at first- but then I put them on- they are more comfortable - still look stupid- but feel great! Since I don't care what people think of me I will continue to wear them. ;) PLUS! they have good grip on wet surfaces.

Well - I love my crocs. I don't wear them all the time but that's because I have to wear proper shoes for going into the office!

i agree about the wet surfaces :D but i just had to have the dig rofl i admit mine have clownfish stuck in them, but i dont wear them, they make my size 3-4 foot look enormous and they make me fall over rofl

I'm with Stephan, I'm seriously considering giving up work as its the only place I can't wear my crocs... well I could when I worked for PADI but not now....

I have a red pair, a green pair, a pair of croc mary janes with lots of diamond bling and a beautiful pair of yellow croc wellies!

my entire family now live in them..... thanks to the buy 5 get one free offer last christmas...

:)

i cant do it.. just can't wear 'em rofl

It reminds of what we used to call All Stars - which now have the strange name of Converse... in SA we used to call them something else which I wont say in open forum... they looked K@K! but everyone used to wear them rofl

Oi!!! You big dobber :D

In my old office there was a girl that wore Crocs at work... in an office surrounded by people in suits!!!

I agree with Crocs in principle, I just think they look f*king stupid....

Woooaaah there nelly!!! I love my Converse All-Stars, won't hear a bad word said against them! You is in for a mighty big spanking rofl rofl

If you can get them in dark green they look like just the thing to muck around in the garden in . . .

Must be some Euro thing. I've never seen a pair here in SoCal. Maybe the kids will show up in them in September?

I don't believe the ever stylish Italians would commit such crimes against fashion.

They're here Sarge, I've spotted them in a few malls (which are places to be avoided in my book). We had to stop my 2yr old daughter from asking about the "boo boo feet" of this poor woman in the park! rofl

Yup, I just saw my first pair at my woodworking class this evening. They look like just the ticket for people who live in monsoon aflicted cimates. They protect your feet and drain off all the rainwater. Otherwise I am hard put to believe that anyone over the age of about . . . well, your daughter, I guess would wear them on purpose.

I had never noticed these things until I started working in a shop - where I see literally hundreds of people everyday. Last summer I noticed huge numbers of people wearing these things. I couldn't figure it out. I was thinking it was some sort of therapeutic shoe and large numbers of people had been struck by some horrible foot condition. I just couldn't see how people could wear these things without being forced to.
They may be comfortable (I have never and will never try) but they are damned ugly. And what is the point in a comfortable shoe if it is ugly?

Quite a decieving title, when I saw that I was shocked at you!!

Ive worn them, I dont find them comfy at all, they rub on your feet :(

jeez! didnt know there would be any supporters of this 'shoe'....whats this world coming to! NOoo!!!!
and island sands......Converse are lank cool! hehe!
