Are you here to stay, Paddygoat? myself and a mate stay up in Aberdeen but are planning a trip to Arran later in summer (a repeat of a fruitful trip we took last summer) and would be up for joining a spearo mission!

The West coast of Arran has some pretty large Pollack close to shore. east coast had scallops and mussels aplenty. I'm sure there will be other good eating species about as well - we werent there that long last year but seemed to be at lot better visibility than up here in aberdeen! will let you know when we are heading down that way on long weekends/weeks off!
