Can anyone give some advice on the best position for me to attach my knife? As I'm right handed I'm guessing my inside left upper forearm?

I'm going to use bungee cord rather than rubber straps to avoid the ends flapping about, good/bad? (obviously not so tight it cuts off blood supply!)

My knife (a short, sharp, spikey Apnea thing) is attached to its sheath by a curly bungee cord so I can't loose it.

Safe diving,

I use it on a weight-belt. I actually let the belt run thru the 1st hole on the weight, then thru the knife holder, then again thru the second hole on the weight. Its facing down (so to get it out I have to pull it down) and it doesnt bother me when I dive down.
