This has only just been released and I'm still looking in to information regards the SDK, if it's open source it means that apps could be made specifically for freediving. It does mention swimming and snorkelling in the product informaton area so that means they might be expecting more features in the future for it.

Any idea what the depth rating is Martin?

I signed up to get information on the site a week ago but they have nothing there. Was expecting depth on the IndieGoGo link but I can't see anything that relates to depth.

There is this in the hardware spec:

Water Resistant Mini Speaker
Water Resistant MEMS Microphone with HIGH SNR and Flat Wide Band frequency response
Water resistant - Good for swimming and shower (ATMs: TBD)

So my guess is that it's probably water resistant to a few meters (general pool depth). Which is a shame for depth but still promising for dynamics...
