Yesterday in a Bike-shop I saw a product called 'INHIBILAK'.

I've found this description (from: http://www.megaplus.es/prod/nbike/nbis-e.htm):

INHIBILAK
LACTIC ACID INHIBITOR
A liquid diet product containing carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins (C, B6, B1), amino acids (valine, taurine), iron and caffeine.
DELAYS MUSCLE FATIGUE IN CYCLISTS
If consumed during and after exercise it helps to reduce the processes of muscular pain. It provides more power and energy.

More detailed (but in spanish) description here:
http://www.nutriclick.com/fichaproducto/products_id/676

Somebody has tested it (or a similar)? Could be benefitial or harmful for Apnea/Freediving (I'm thinkig in constant, dinamic and the hardest modalities)?
Are these Aminoacids (Valine, Taurine) good for our body?

Greetings,
Eduard/Bluehugh
