Hey I was going to head off to the quarry Sunday but wouldn't mind heading out to Lake Mich. if there are other people who want to join up.

I have a book that shows me where the wrecks are but don't really know how to park and get to them. Anyone want to go shoot some carp and check out the wrecks?

OH by the way I just got my new Yazbeck Suit! It is on like Donkey Kong! This suit is great! I just wish it had some knee and elbow pads.

I just got off the ponhe with my father-in-law. He was running charters out to a couple of the wrecks this morning and said that 5 miles out you can't see down the rope 5'- the water is as brown as anything coming out of the milwaukee river.

If you drop down 25'-30' it will clear up qute nicely- but then you need to get out at least 2 miles before you can hit that kindof depth off of Milwaukee.

Things shoud be better if you're up north closer to Door County- water drops off faster and they didn't get the rain we did.

Sounds like a blast, I hope youve got clear water for it. Ive always felt that the yazbecks had great camo for wisconsin, good luck with it. Wish I could make it, but that one mangrove estuary is calling my name.

Thanks Jon for the heads up! I think we will stay quarry bound this morning. I did not count on that kind of rain yesterday. :head

Fleshy be careful in those mangroves I hear some of the crabs that live in there get so big they can swallow a man Whole! rofl At least thats what their attitude will have you believe.

The crabs are pretty big and fiesty. Ill post more details in my internship thread later.
