Late Oct spearing info RI area wanted

Hello all, I am going to Westerly RI Oct 21 looking for information about spearing possibilities. What suit recommended 59 degree water temp. What fish if any in 25 to 30 ft range and may go to fisher Island or do I need to consider deep water with flashers. Are fluke reachable are strippers still running shore and structure at those depths. Should I bring 32 inch biller or can I expect clearer water and need my larger gun. Have hunted several times over labor day. Is there any one who spears who would like to take me and friend out, will pay gas and boat wear and tear. Perhaps even do some fishing pole fishing. need to finalize plans very soon plans devoped quickly so sorry no lead time on request.
