Well, as per usual
My plans on an all out training regieme have gone to pot yet again, after a long hard look at it I decided that I have too little time and what time I do have is usually when Im knackered or going out etc. so motivation is difficult. However in an attempt to combat this I have started to put training into my usual day without it looking like training.... e.g I know ride to work (6mile round trip) it even takes less time than driving?! I ride the bike or jog when I take the dog out (everyday 2-3miles) and am not adverse to practicing statics before I go to bed. Ive only been doing this for a week but its much easier and i dont miss out any of my training because I have to do it to carry on with the rest of the day.
What I want to know is are there any other things I could include in this to improve primarily my overall fitness and my apnea ability. Statics are finally back over the 3min mark and creep up every day. (best last summer was 5.43 hope to be there again soon.
Cheers Joe
