Hello all.
I have been scuba diving for yrs. but I'm just starting to get involed with freediving. I absolutly love freediving, when I get the chance. Most of my experence comes from our pool though. I've been working on my static apena for a bit but I don't get a lot of chances to go offshore.
I'm a scuba instructor and a yoga instructor, now trying to get involed with freedivng.
I would like to here from different freedivers about their experences and get some of their knowledge and help.
I have spearfished a bit and would love to start doing it while freedivng.

before you know it, you'll be completly hooked. Now I would rather freedive than scuba. You'll fit right in with your yoga experience. Picture yoga with mask and fins.To me thats freediving. Welcome.
Tony
