Hi all :)

I was just wondering is it normal if my left hand gets numb first?

As far as I remember it wasn't like that before and both hands used to get numb together

Could this indicate any heart problem?
Any help will be greatly appreciated :thankyou

Well, I'm not h-ventilating till I drop or something. I think many freedivers do that :duh

No, many freedivers do NOT hyperventilate. Why on earth would they? Why do you? Not at all a good idea ! I guess some people used to think it was, long ago before we'd developed any real knowledge of the physiology, but that was long ago indeed. Even so, I've never known ( in 40+ years of freediving) any experienced freedivers who prepared for dives by hyperventilating. No way. There may have been some who did, but I guess they didn't survive long enough for me to meet them.
