I’m starting to build spearguns and am curious about the legality of using sayyyy mvd/neptonics parts in and then selling them. Does this infringe on any rights or it’s ok if don’t advertise as such etc etc
This will be small scale. If all goes well maybe 2-4 guns a month and see where it goes

Any clarification would be appreciated
Thanks!

I think if you actually advertise that you are using their parts & give them credit for them they would appreciate that more than if you didnt. I have seen that Neptonics parts are used by several speargun brands & I have never heard of any conflict or ill feelings. My advice would be to give them a call & ask, I doubt you will be disappointed.(y)
