Level 3 freediving Performance Freediving or other

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone here has taken the level 3 freediving course by Performance Freediving or the other one by stepanek?

Anyone feel there is any difference between PF and Stepanek's course?

What type of things does the level 3 teach you that you found to be of most interest...more advanced breathing techniques?
