The other day I went diving after a month or more and forgot to take my neoprene socks so I just put the fins on anyway. Naturally my feet were sliding around the footpockets and starting to chafe, but that wasn't enough to bother me. After a while I came across an old sock full of seaweed, (it must have been days in the water so I figured it was pretty clean) and put it on the foot that was chafing worse. It saved the day! Moral of the story:

Take it as it comes and don't ever look gift seahorses in the mouth!
